At URBANBITE, we pride ourselves on preparing fresh food only after you order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we enforce strict no-return and limited refund policy. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and fairness for all customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns (Food Items)
All food items sold by URBANBITE are final sale and non-returnable. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is firm due to food safety regulations and includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Change of mind or taste preference.
  • Delivery delays caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund will only be issued under the following specific conditions:

  1. Order Not Delivered
    If your confirmed order was never delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation by URBANBITE
    If we cancel your order due to restaurant closure, item unavailability, technical issues, or inability to deliver to your location, a full refund will be issued automatically.
  3. Payment Issue
    If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed in our system, a refund will be processed after verification (typically within 24-48 hours).

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Order has already been delivered.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unresponsiveness to delivery calls/messages.
  • Refusal to accept the order after it has been prepared.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
  • Partial consumption or dissatisfaction with food taste/presentation.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Important: We only process refunds electronically. Cash refunds are not available.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Sharing a precise live location on WhatsApp if requested.
  • Being available to receive the order at the communicated delivery time.
    Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in order cancellation without a refund.
